Clark, a California state prisoner, appeals pro se the denial of his motion for a preliminary injunction in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action against prison officials. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1), and we affirm. We dismiss appeal no. 92-15587 for lack of jurisdiction.
