William Wayne Honeycutt was charged with first degree murder, but was convicted by a Hamilton County jury of second degree murder and sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary. On appeal he attacks the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jurys verdict and alleges various errors occurring below which he contends entitle him to a new trial. For the reasons set out in this opinion, we disagree and we therefore affirm the judgment of the trial court.
