(Power Marketing), appellee, alleging fraud in the inducement of a licensing agreement, fraud, and violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act. Power Marketing moved to dismiss the suit, claiming that forum-selection clauses limited jurisdiction to Franklin County, Ohio.
